Nice and cosy place to hang out with friends. The staffs and lady boss there are friendly. The system is good and the place is not sleazy (unlike those pub who are squeezy and the waitress just simply force you to drink despite saying no). Highly recommended for people who like to chill and relax without strong noisy surrounding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While most of the staff are nice, I am displeased with one staff who cut my first song because it is too long. And abruptly throw my glass of whisky away. Do be careful of the so called manager who will cut away your song for her friend to sing.. this is absolutely disgusting Worse still, they inserted songs in front of the customers to satisfy their own needs Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Paul We thank you for your support and our sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations that night. I understood the situation from our team and believed that there were some misunderstandings. Do give us a chance to clear up these misunderstandings and we look forward to see you again soon. Cheers
