The galettes are 100% buckwheat therefore GLUTEN FREE!! Surprised there are no reviews mentioning that. The staff was also knowledgeable. Anyway, the galette I had was absolutely delicious, and as someone with celiac finding it in a mall was a life saver. Highly recommended! Also it’s always good to double check considering how sometimes recipes change.

Finally got to try this popular French crêpe spot that just opened a new branch at Siam Paragon 4th floor, Eatelier Zone—with some exclusive menu items that aren’t available at the Sathorn location. KRAZ is an authentic French crêperie by Chef Franck, who’s originally from Brittany—the birthplace of crêpes. The flavors are slightly adapted to better suit the Thai palate. The main dishes here are galettes made from buckwheat flour. The texture is slightly crisp and very distinctive—I love it. As for the sweet menu, those are classic soft crêpes, which are also really good. Another thing I liked is that they serve cider to pair with the galettes—it really brings in that French dining culture. They have a wide selection, both draft and bottled, and almost everything—from the ingredients to the crêpe machines and the cider—is imported from France.

Found this place on Instagram and had been wanting to try it for a while. We came after dinner, so we only ordered the Nutella crepe. The crepe itself was soft and nicely buttery, with a generous amount of Nutella—though for us, it tipped a bit too sweet. We’d read reviews mentioning a slight bitterness in the crepe, but didn’t experience that with ours. Overall, it was a pleasant dessert, but not particularly memorable. Considering the relatively high price, it’s probably not somewhere we’d go out of our way to revisit.
