The matcha here is amazing, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and my go-to order is always the Biscoff caramel matcha it feels like having both a dessert and a drink in one cup. So delicious every time! Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes the visit even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re a matcha lover. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience at this café. The staff took my order incorrectly, and when I went to pick up my drink, the barista immediately blamed me, insisting that we were the ones who made the mistake. In reality, we had stated our order perfectly clearly; the staff member simply misunderstood. Instead of offering a solution right away, the staff member kept complaining to their colleague right in front of us, blaming me for the error. After a while, they finally realized what happened and offered to remold the correct drink—but with a terrible, aggressive attitude. They literally slammed the new drink down on the counter to vent their frustration. I was honestly shocked by this blatant hostility. They looked miserable the entire time and made it clear they didn't actually want to help. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. As for the drinks, the matcha was incredibly mediocre. The staff clearly lacked the knowledge or effort to properly introduce the matcha powder. This place is purely for the aesthetics and the environment. If you just want to take photos for social media, it’s fine, but given the awful service and subpar drinks, I will definitely not be returning.
