Disappointing experience at KUMO Lounge. Came with friends for some cocktails - according to their Google page, cocktails are available, but we were told they don’t serve any at all. Strange. Then we tried to order Bombay gin (listed on the menu), but they didn’t have that either. We ended up ordering what was available. Once the drinks were served and we had already started drinking, the staff informed us that they only accept cash - no card payments, and no one mentioned this in advance. No signs, no verbal warning, nothing. Overall, very poor experience. Unorganized service, lack of communication, and misleading information online. Would not recommend. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–50
