This cake from Phuket Kumolab is honestly so cute. The design on top is printed beautifully - I almost didn’t want to cut it. The cake itself is super soft and fluffy. It’s not too sweet, which I really appreciate. At the bottom, there’s a layer of raisins that adds a natural sweetness and helps cut the richness, so it doesn’t feel heavy at all. You can really enjoy it without getting tired of the taste. I decided to order it and enjoy it at my home office instead. The seating at the shop is quite limited, and when I went, there were several booths set up nearby, so it was pretty loud and crowded. Having it at home felt much nicer - I could work and snack at the same time, take small bites in between tasks, and just store the rest in the fridge if I didn’t finish it. Chocolate cheesecake has absolutely nothing to do with cheesecakes, it's just soft and a bit mushy chocolate cake.
