くせが強いと思われがちな薬膳のイメージが変わって、体も心も癒されるような美味しい「薬膳養生ランチ」が楽しめます。 店内は、落ち着いた明るさでノスタルジックな雰囲気の古民家で、静かな時間を過ごせます。ランチの器や店内にある陶器や磁器は、陶芸家でもある奥さまの作品なのだとか・・・ ランチは「3種の豚ランチ」、「特別丼ランチ」、「季節の養生野菜だけランチ」、「体質改善薬膳がゆランチ」、「体質チェック付き養生野菜だけポタージュスープと天然酵母パンランチ」の5種類で、どのランチにも、五行の副菜5品、季節の副菜1品、薬膳茶、一口デザートとドリンクが付いてます！ 副菜も一つ一つが丁寧に作られていて、どれを食べても薬っぽさや苦みはありません。中医学理論に基づいた5つの味、5つの色の組み合わせ「五味五色」の副菜を食べることで、五臓六腑にいきわたるように考え出されたランチ 食後の一口デザートは、淡路島ヨーグルトでした。淡路島なるとオレンジのマーマレードがのっていて、すっきりした自然な甘みを感じます。コーヒーもコクがあるのにすっきりしていて、こだわりの一杯︎︎ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: ランチメニュー

いつも通る道で、偶然時間があったので訪問してみました。 内装も素敵だけど、店内にある薬膳漬けに興味津々 オーナーさんご夫妻とたくさんお話しできて、旦那さんら建築、奥様はモノづくりのプロ。 すべてにこだわりと愛情が込められていて、お店にいるだけで幸せです^ - ^ またお話ししに行きます Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a medicinal porridge lunch set that uses no ingredients at all, and is a hearty lunch set that uses plenty of anti-aging ingredients, including black beans. On this day, there was even a bracken at the service. I love bracken. Not only the food but also the utensils on which it is served are all handmade! ! ! From the ingredients to the seasonings used, everything has been carefully calculated to determine what happens when you ingest it. A truly genius lunch. The mom who makes this was surprised at how incredibly shiny her skin was! ! I listened and understood. Really. I learned a lot, including the taste, because I realized that this dish was the result of a thorough examination of what happens when it is taken into the body. If you ever go to Awaji Island, I definitely recommend KUN CAFE! ! Dessert and drinks are also included after the meal. After this, my health really improved... I want to make it so I can pay the monthly fee instead of going to school again lol I definitely want to go here again! it's the best!
