ソフィテル シンガポール セントーサ リゾート & スパの朝食会場になっています。私は滞在中、朝食もディナー利用しました。ディナーではアラカルトでインド料理やタイ料理など幅広いメニュー構成で家族4人でもそれぞれ好きな料理を頼んでいました。朝食はバイキングスタイルで迷うほどたくさんの料理が並んでいて素晴らしかったです。

We have just finished dinner at this restaurant, and it was an absolute disappointment. The minestrone soup tasted like someone had simply mixed ketchup with water, onions, and pasta. It was so bad that we left it untouched. The lobster roll was slightly better, but still no more than a 3 out of 5. Very little lobster filling and an oversized brioche bun — it felt more like something you’d get at a cheap diner than at a restaurant in a five-star hotel. We are traveling with our 8-month-old baby, so we needed somewhere convenient for a quick dinner. Naturally, we chose the restaurant at the five-star hotel where we are staying, expecting a decent meal without having to go elsewhere with an infant. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible decision. The food was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a five-star hotel. A complete letdown. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90

I had my birthday dinner at Kwee Zeen, Sentosa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the entire evening felt very special. A special thank you to Ruby, who was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. Her cheerful attitude and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience, and her excellent customer service definitely stood out. I would also like to compliment the part-time staff member wearing a white shirt. He was polite, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. His dedication and good service contributed greatly to the overall experience. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday celebration so enjoyable and memorable.
