I tried their Thick Chocolate Pistachio Waffle Cake, and the overall quality is pretty solid without being too flashy. It’s a decent option if you’re in the area and feel like a quick treat. Snack Highlights Thick Chocolate Pistachio Waffle ($44) The base uses a chocolate‑flavoured batter, giving it a soft, slightly thick texture with a hint of crispness on the edges. The look is clean and Instagram‑friendly. In terms of taste, the chocolate flavour is quite mild and doesn’t stand out much; it’s more of a background note. The real star here is the pistachio. The pistachio taste is noticeable, and if you’re a pistachio lover, you’ll appreciate the green nutty aroma in every bite. I ordered one of their posted specialties - pistacchio eggette. I assumed it was pistachio flavored batter but it was pieces of pistachio mixed in. I think because of this, the eggette was unable to reach it's texture. It was just solid cake inside instead of a little bit jello-y. The batter also had no egg taste to it. I couldn't finish it as it was so dry and gave the rest to my mom.
