not good at all. when we came in, we weren’t entertained at all. there was only one staff and no other customers but she didn’t even greet us or say anything. after we sat down, she didn’t come over or give us a menu, so i had to get one from another table myself. when i was ordering, she still didnt come near us. she was standing far away, so i had to keep repeating my order from a distance. when our food arrived, there were mistakes because i didn’t get the chance to properly check the order. two of our orders were also missing, even though i had already repeated them. it felt like she didn’t care at all. zero customer service and not accommodating. i even called to ask about the missing orders and she didn’t even apologize. she just told me to get them next time. we traveled quite far just to eat there, only to be told to have the missing food sent through Grab instead. definitely not a good experience. We dined in one Sunday afternoon. Since we rarely visit Bangkok, we decided to make the most of our trip by trying a Filipino restaurant, and we chose Kabayan Grill & Restaurant. We were very hungry when we arrived. However, there was no one to welcome us, and we had to look around to find the receptionist ourselves. The food is ready, we started eating right away. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the price. We expected more variety and better flavor. Overall, we were disappointed. Sorry Kabayans, but I won't recommend this place.
