Kabila is a cafe that offers a handful of roll cakes and the rare treat of banana pudding. The coffee had a mild taste with some soft sour and bitter notes. There was also a lovely milktea and dutch coffee/latte options. There is also vegan milk options (oat and soy). The roll cakes had a few different options including green tea, chestnut, mango, cashew etc., but I indulged in the golden kiwi. It wasn't too sweet and felt like a proper balance of fruit and cream. The flavors rotate every so often so there is always a new flavor to try. Korea in general has only recently discovered the beauty of banana pudding. At the moment jeonju only has 2 places that offer a from scratch banana pudding (the other being Sun's Donuts , an absolute must visit). My Korean friends have said they prefer this banana pudding because it is "not too sweet," which is the pinnacle of Korean desserts. There is also a small shop of sorts available but I didn't browse at all. This was a strictly dessert and cafe day.
