Tried the Kimchi Hotpot Pork Katsu at KATSUP_OFFICIAL and it was incredibly satisfying. The kimchi stew was served bubbling hot with a rich, spicy, and slightly sour broth that tasted deeply fermented and full of umami. The pork katsu was thick and tender, soaking up the kimchi broth while still keeping its meaty texture. The combination of crispy pork and bold kimchi soup worked surprisingly well. This is my go to place for Tonkatsu. This is a chain so there are other locations to choose from but this is my favorite. There's lots of types of Tonkatsu and sets to choose from and many side items you can add. This location is small and busy but a fun place to have a meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
