Super slow just to prepare one kopi . Waited 20 mins . Yes is a Sunday 1030 am . But if yakun toast boast fun toast can do it . They something is wrong w your workflow . I turn around and see many seated also waited very long for their orders

“Had a disappointing experience at Kaffe & Toast at One Punggol. Despite having a lot of staff around, the service was really slow. My boiled eggs were served cold, and my toast was left sitting out unattended, so it ended up being cold too by the time everything was ready. Expected better service and quality for a simple meal.”.
