I’d like to share my recent experience at Kaffee 345. Sadly, my visit was quite disappointing because of the rude behavior of one of the staff — the guy with long hair. He came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, which really affected the whole experience. After checking their Google reviews, it seems like other customers have had similar encounters too. It’s a bit disappointing because the café has a nice atmosphere, but the service really needs improvement. Hopefully, management can look into this and make things better moving forward. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Kid-friendliness: I’m not quite sure if Kaffee 345 is kid-friendly, to be honest. During our visit, the staff wasn’t very pleasant, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s a nice café and has a lot of potential, but the attitude of the staff really affects the overall experience.
