I recently stopped by this place near Hapjeong because I had been craving burdock udon for days, and I’m so glad I came during my lunch break. The moment I took the first bite, it reminded me of the udon I had in Japan—light, clean, and full of that comforting flavor I’ve been missing. It’s the kind of spot that feels welcoming whether you’re eating alone or coming with a friend, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the food comes out quickly, making it perfect for a short break. Plus, the waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
