Service needs major improvement. Waited 20 minutes to refill soup, and had to ask the waiters 3 times before they finally refilled our soup. Manager was walking past our table repeatedly, but does not notice that we had many empty plates on our table and drinks unfilled. The way the employees delivered our orders was depressing, and they had no interest in delivering orders. Everything said above, there were only 2 tables they had to serve. However To any future customers, I’d like to say that there are 2 main menu’s i’d like to recommend which taste good. 1. Wagyu Outside 2. Prawn tempura If you happen to eat here, be prepared for the bad service. After eating so many buffets like AKA, Tenjo, and many others in the same price range, every other shop has been able to provide good to great service except Kagonoya. I hope they work on their service and improve on this.
