Tried scamming for a 50baht, asked for receipt and the waitress said that the bar prices were different from the bigger shelter. We were sitting at the bigger shelter.... (the prices are the same regardless). Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly, a terrible experience from start to finish. The welcome was practically nonexistent: no consideration for customers, no sense of service, and above all, a blatant lack of respect. We felt like we were bothering them from the moment we arrived. Not a single smile, not a kind word—nothing. It’s shocking to see how cold, rude, and disengaged the staff can be. There were several of us, and everyone felt the same way: a tense, almost hostile atmosphere. No one made any effort to make us feel comfortable or even do the bare minimum to make the experience acceptable. We waited, looked around, and quickly realized this wasn’t a one-off situation, but a general issue with attitude and management. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of professionalism. Requests were ignored or handled with clear annoyance, as if simply asking a question was a problem. At no point did anyone try to make things right or improve the situation. I’m extremely disappointed, and so are my friends. This is the kind of place that leaves a very bad impression and one you definitely don’t want to return to. There are plenty of other places where customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy. In short: terrible service, unacceptable attitude, and an experience to forget. Avoid without hesitation. Very bad service you get here with a tour and they don't even have food because they closed the kitchen at 5:00. They don't apologize; they don't really care. You sit in the chairs that they want; they want 300 baht for each chair and it's not even clean. They're rude and they really don't care that you have a good service and you're happy. They know you're here against your will and they can profit Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
