Hats off to the lovely couple who own and operate this cheerful, tastefully decorated and ideally located Japanese eatery. My wife and I both enjoyed our “ten-don” lunches as well as our experience dining while gazing out on the fishing harbor below. While our tempura bowls were tasty we felt that the tempura might was prepared with a less than delicate batter and that perhaps the oil might not have been the freshest—or that all was left in the frier a little too long. I enjoyed the cold barley tea, which was some of the tastier barley tea I’ve had in a while. Overall, the food was satisfying and if in the area again we would be likely to return.
