This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I came expecting a high-end omakase experience, but the service was worse than what I’ve received at some street-side restaurants. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the meal. One of the dishes served contained an ingredient that I simply could not eat. Instead of being understanding, the staff acted as if customers were required to finish every single item on the menu. What if a guest has allergies or dietary restrictions? When I politely set the dish aside, several staff members started talking among themselves in Thai while repeatedly looking at me in a very disrespectful manner. Their behavior was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. The food itself was disappointing. The fish did not taste particularly fresh, and the overall quality was far below what I would expect from an omakase restaurant at this price point. To make matters worse, the chef was unable to communicate in English, which made the experience even more difficult for international guests. Considering the price, I expected much better food, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on all three. Save your money and dine elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere and decoration of this restaurant are quite good. Food: Not many varieties of seafood, even though there’re different types of fish. No tako, akagai, hokkigai. At this price, I expected at least there should be one serve of uni sushi. The quality and freshness doesn’t quite meet a standard; thin piece of meet, some bites were not fresh, too salty rice. Service: I must say that it’s under-standard (my round stared at 5pm). Rules and regulations should be announced be fore the course (should not be included in the time limit of 1.30h). The 11-course serving should be better prepared, because at the beginning (5pm), chef was still arranging supplies which wasted time of customers. It took 50minutes to finish the first part, there was only 20 minutes left to order buffet (last order at 6.10pm) and at that time, I just got 4 pieces of sushi from 30 that I ordered. Finally, at the end of the round I had only half of my order. The working flow of chef was so bad, wasting too much time, I felt like they were not care that they had a lot of order to serve, or not willing to serve all of orders. The reception and waitress manners were unbelievable (unimpressed) :( No more visit :( Price per person: ฿1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Kaito Omakase is definitely worth it—unlimited sushi that’s incredibly fresh and delicious. Every piece was well-crafted and satisfying. Great value for the quality, will be coming back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+
