This review is actually for the branch in WAN TSUI SHOPPING CENTRE in CHAI WAN district, not Tsing Yi. We've eaten here multiple times and have always had a good experience. The beef brisket is always tender, (the 'stuck in your teeth' kind of tender LOL) and full of flavour. We always go for the afternoon tea time coz we get the free [hot] drink with our order, the service is prompt and the staff are friendly. I usually order the beef brisket with rice noodles (米線) but today I tried their chive dumplings, there were 5 dumplings in my bowl and they were huge, with a lovely strong chive flavour. The quality is consistent and the price is very affordable and I guess that's why we always see a lot of seniors, who've become regulars there, and the staff recognize them.
