What an incredible dining experience. This private kitchen is a true hidden gem that you have to try. Chef Chris clearly pours his heart and soul into his craft, creating simple, elegant dishes that highlight the everyday fresh ingredients perfectly. Everything—from the phenomenal food and the intimate vibe to the impeccable service—far exceeded my expectations. The free corkage is just the cherry on top of a flawless evening. Kam Man Kitchen is a highly sought-after private kitchen serving unique Cantonese Omakase Tasting Menu which is completely seasonal and chef-driven in Happy Valley. The BEST of the BEST dish is unarguably Steamed Flower Crab with vintage Chinese Wine. Other outstanding dishes include crispy grilled Phoenix Tail fish, hand made artisan octopus pancake, and authentic Hong Kong style sesame shrimp toast. The menu is thoughtfully crafted and the food is very delicious. It is always full, so reservation is essential. It always offers us a memorable experience enjoying refined Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong. Keep it up, Head Chef Chris .
