有名店で満員御礼。予約してなんとかはじの席に案内してもらう。挽肉の蟹みそ和えを注文した。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+

Better flavors and more accessible (in terms of booking and space) than other seemingly renowned private kitchens on the island. Not only have the Cantonese classics (such as 排骨鸳鸯肠粉、墨鱼饼、猪润炒蚬) but what really was nowhere else to be found was the peppercorn hand-made noodles (椒麻三鲜刀削面）and hand-shredded chicken (手撕鸡）. I would really drive here for takeaway of these two dishes next time! More importantly the service is top notched and serving size is generous. Let’s forget about the private kitchens that you have to wait for a few months for. Why would I fall into their traps of scarcity marketing when the food is not scarce and better at Kam Tung Kitchen? Last but not the least, corkage only at HKD100 for those wine lovers! Price per person: $450–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Noise level: Loud, but you can still talk Wait time: No wait
