Instead of apologizing, the store owner began to clownery, pretending not to understand either English or Thai. An extremely unpleasant dude who does not know how to communicate with people. The store is also dirty and cluttered, all the goods can be purchased cheaper on lazada and I do not sponsor the business of such negative characters. These types are rare in Thailand, but they do occur.
