Quality mochi but the workers were very rude and refused to serve me after I was cut in line by a large group of people! The group recognized their accidental mistake and apologized and insited I order but she was very rude and annoyed to serve me. Racist and unkind. Won't be coming back even tho the mochi was good.

Went on a Sunday afternoon (1 Feb 2026). Highly recommend the auntie consider using her SkillsFuture credits for a basic service delivery or EQ course. It would be a solid investment. Permanently grumpy and dishing out low-EQ remarks to customers. An impressive effort in representing the exact opposite of Changi Airport’s stellar service standards. Saying this as a Singaporean, unfortunately.

I was a bit hesitant to visit Kane Mochi Jewel after reading some older reviews mentioning unfriendly staff—but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! My experience was completely the opposite. The staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful when I had questions about the menu. They took the time to recommend flavors based on my preferences. The mochi itself was delicious—fresh, soft, and not overly sweet. It’s clear they’ve stepped up their game. If you’ve been on the fence because of past reviews, I’d definitely recommend giving them another try. I’ll be back for sure!
