Delicious ramen restaurant in fortress hill. Ordered two chicken broth ramen, one was the extra creamy version. Didn’t disappoint. Broth was extremely rich but not too overpowering. Came with half a soft boiled egg, two sous-vide chicken and a slice of BBQ pork (char siu). Meat was cooked perfectly, generous portion as well. Free membership scheme available to collect points which can be traded for various (discounted) food items. Store is small but well maintained. Very friendly staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Noodle from Kane Tsuru Ramen is nice, although they don't have many choices on food, but ramen is good here.The restaurant decorations is nice, full of Japan feeling, and all these design are adopted from last restaurant. It's good and environmental friendly.Soup of their ramen are smooth and rich, but not salty, one of the best ramen shop around
