食通の先輩に連れられてきました。大変丁寧に下ごしらえされ、季節に合わせた彩で目でも美味しいお料理でした。カウンターと4人座れる小部屋があります。小部屋のほうは２-３人にちょうどいい大きさで、体が大きい方には狭く感じるかも、です。こじんまりとしたお食事会や接待には最適だと思います。またお伺いしたい素敵なお店でした。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥10,000+

Coming to this charming restaurant was one of my favourite highlights of traveling to Tokyo! My partner and I made an online reservation before arriving in Japan, and we were very lucky to have the restaurant to ourselves that night. Not only are Chef Yoshiyuki and his wife Kaoru both incredibly kind and welcoming, but they have a wonderful sense of humour! We felt such warmth and care throughout the kaiseki dinner experience, and are so happy to have learned about this restaurant from a guide video introducing places to visit in Nihonbashi. We were served numerous dishes that highlighted the best of seasonal ingredients available, and each one was as delicious as the last. Not only were the flavours of both cooked and raw ingredients delicately handled, but the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Chef Yoshiyuki even made our unagi rice dish into takeaway onigiri for us to enjoy later as a breakfast when we were too full. For dessert, I realized I had forgotten to include my allergy to peaches in the online reservation form, but Chef Yoshiyuki immediately prepared some persimmon for me to enjoy instead and it was perfectly sweet. As someone who has a sensitive stomach, I was especially grateful as a tired traveler to have been able to enjoy such a delicious and beautiful meal that settled very comfortably. Even after twelve courses and three hours, we were very sad to leave. Thank you so much to both Chef Yoshiyuki and his wife Kaoru, and my partner and I can’t wait to come back during a future trip to Tokyo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
