美味しいネパールカレー食べるなら「カスタマンダップ」がオススメ！ 何回か店の前を通るたびに、一度行きたいと思いながら、なかなか行けなかったこのお店。 「カスタマンダップ」に行ってきました。 外観はなかなかインパクトのある外観。 横には広い駐車場があり、大きな看板で場所はわかりやすいです。 夜ちょっと遅かったから、貸し切り状態。ラッキー！ カレーがメインですが、その他のメニューも豊富です。 ケバブのセットとバターチキンカレーとナンを注文。 大きなナンは、ちょっと甘めでふかふか。 カレーは、辛さと甘さのバランスがよくコクがあってナンとの相性バツグン！ うまい！ ケバブセットの真ん中にあるミドリのソースみたいなのに？ 手を付けずに、最後に味見して・・・ 辛さを調整するソースを迷っています。色がきれいすぎて甘〜いお菓子かと思ってしまった・・・。 ケバブのチキンも辛さはとりあえず、柔らかく焼きあがっていてこれも美味しかったです。 今度はお昼のランチに行ってみようと思います。 If you want to eat delicious Nepalese curry, I recommend Kasta Mandap! Every time I passed by Kasta Mandap, I wanted to go there once, but I could never make it. I went to Kasta Mandap. The exterior of the restaurant has quite an impressive appearance. There is a large parking lot on the side, and the location is easy to find with a large sign. It was a little late at night, so the restaurant was rented out. Lucky us! Curry is the main dish, but there are many other dishes on the menu. I ordered a kebab set, butter chicken curry and naan. The large naan was a bit sweet and fluffy. The curry had a good balance of spiciness and sweetness, and was a perfect match for the naan! Delicious! The midori sauce in the middle of the kebab set? Don't touch it, taste it at the end... I am not sure about the sauce to adjust the spiciness. The color is so beautiful that I thought it was a sweet candy.... The chicken kebab was also delicious and tender. Next time, I will go there for lunch.
