I booked that hotel through a booking.com service, but due to the situation in the Middle East, I was unable to go. However this, the hotel decided to refund my money, even though they didn't have to because the booking was non-refundable. I am very grateful to them for this and will definitely want to book this hotel again when I plan my next trip. Service: 5

I had an amazing stay at Kata Sun Beach Hotel! The location is perfect and seafront, rooms are clean and personnel is very friendly. I highly recommend getting a room with a seaview - this way you can enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view ;) You have also got a 7/11 down the street which also comes in very handy. The hotel (currently) does not serve breakfast. Service: 4
