I didn’t end up staying at this hotel, but I still wanted to leave a review because of how kind and helpful they were. I accidentally missed the cancellation deadline, and they were generous enough to cancel my booking free of charge anyway. Their communication was friendly and understanding, which I really appreciated. It says a lot about how they treat their guests. Because of this experience, I would definitely consider staying here on my next trip to Thailand. Highly recommended! Service: 5

I had an amazing stay at Kata Sun Beach Hotel! The location is perfect and seafront, rooms are clean and personnel is very friendly. I highly recommend getting a room with a seaview - this way you can enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view ;) You have also got a 7/11 down the street which also comes in very handy. The hotel (currently) does not serve breakfast. Service: 4
