Great food and excellent service! Particularly, very hard-working and friendly staff even encountered very difficult customer next to our table. I personally witnessed how one particular customer rudley and unreasonably asked for cheese for his pasta. The 'manager' dealt with the issue but he was still not happy. That customer even told the staff he gave them one star review on Google when he paid. He was acting like a three-year-old and the poor staff had to take that customer's hostitliy and humiliation in public, which is not fair for the whole delicated staff. I felt bad for the staff and I think I need to tell what actually happened. Again, this is a great restaurant.Totally worth visiting! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kati Breakfast and Brunch offers some of the best service we’ve experienced in Chiang Mai. It’s not the fastest, but that’s mainly because it’s always busy — we had to wait about 15 minutes in line. That said, the wait was absolutely worth it. The food is amazing, with a great selection of international dishes, beautifully presented and very Instagram-friendly. Prices are higher compared to local restaurants, but still low if you compare them to European standards, and the quality definitely reflects the cost. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish and delicious brunch spot!
