Tseun Wan｜Kato Ramen 卡噹拉麵 Ramen has always been my comfort food and right after that I always loved to take a walk to get my steps in. Introducing to you Kato Ramen, located inside AEON mall. They have many yummy ramens and you could make your own ramen as well. We chose to build our own ramen, come eat with us: , 味噌湯拉麵+蒜蓉+芝士魚豆腐+慢煮雞胸肉 Their noodles texture were chewy and the savoury from the miso soup just makes it my favourite kind of comfort food! Always love cheesy tofus in my ramen, adding some cheesiness! They are also so generous with the amount of garlic they give! 咖喱烏冬+炙燒牛肉+流心蛋 I was surprised that they have udon option as well. Grilled beefs were good with the curry sauce! And that egg is just perfect! 煎餃子 The bottom of the dumplings was grilled perfect, so crispy and good with the thousand island sauce. Loved this combination! If you don’t want to make your own ramen, they have some special ramen for you to order as well. Adding drinks with a ramen is only $9 more!
