Katsu Morizo served pretty amazing style of don-katsu using special aged, special breed of pork meat and confit style frying technique. The meat melts away in the mouth and has a distinctive taste. I'd recommend Upper Roast Don Katsu if you look for flavorful bites, else tenderloin/other special meat/cut of Don-Katsu if you want one of a kind experience. One and only one downside of confit style frying technique is that it's pretty oily/fatty and can stuff your stomach fairly quickly. Wish they came up with some ways to mitigate this Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: 로스카츠, 식전 스프
