多分、二度と行かない！ 日本のかつやを標榜しているが、接客態度がタイスタイル。日本並みの価格設定をするなら、最低限の接客態度を身に付けて欲しい。 無理だとは分かっているが。 隣の席のタイ人女性(客かと思っていた)が従業員複数と話しをしているので、不思議に思っていたら、食べ終わったら、厨房の中へ。 あれ今食べいたので 「賄い」 こっちの注文したセットのアイスクリームを忘れて、おしゃべりに夢中。 二回、催促してやっと注文したセットがきた次第 タイあるある^ ^. Disappointing Food Quality & Management Response We visited Katsuya and ordered a couple of lunch items. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the food and the service. The biggest issue was the extremely high sodium level in the dishes. While we understand that restaurants try to season food to appeal to a wide range of customers, the food was overly salty to the point where it was difficult to enjoy. High sodium is not only unpleasant in taste but also a health concern. We recognize that it’s impossible to satisfy everyone’s preferences. However, there is a simple principle: It’s much easier for customers to add salt if needed than to fix food that is already too salty. Designing dishes primarily for those who prefer heavily seasoned food is not a balanced or thoughtful approach. When we raised this concern, the manager informed us that the soup and dishes had already been tasted by the cook and were considered properly seasoned. This response was disappointing and dismissive of our experience as paying customers. In fact, we had to request hot water just to dilute the soup enough to make it edible. That is not something customers should have to do in a restaurant. We come from California, where health-conscious dining is a priority, and we expect restaurants to be mindful of their customers’ well-being. We are not asking for free food—we are paying for a quality dining experience that should include reasonable attention to health and taste balance. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and we hope the restaurant will reconsider both its seasoning practices and how it responds to customer feedback. If you want, I can also make a shorter, sharper version for Google Reviews or a more aggressive version depending on how strong you want it to sound.
