A genuinely special meal from start to finish. Kayaki serves a seafood grilled to order right in front of you and laid over a small bowl of soy-glazed rice and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. The chutoro seared just enough to melt over the rice, scallop grilled to a perfect blush, salmon with crisp skin, and a grilled eel crowned with a fresh uni. The chef was friendly throughout, talking us through each course, and the service was excellent and attentive. It’s not cheap, but this is the kind of meal where you understand exactly where the money goes. Worth the price, and I’ll be back. Fantastic table-side grilling experience with amazing sauces! This restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience where a personal chef cooks right at your table. The chef handles all the grilling and expertly recommends which of the three provided sauces pairs best with each item. Honestly, all three dipping sauces are incredibly delicious! The menu is ordered in sets, which come with unlimited refills of rice, soup, vegetable salad, and the sauces. If you want more meat, you can easily order extra grilled items à la carte. Overall, the ingredients are very fresh, and the food tastes great. I particularly loved the dipping sauces here. The side salad also deserves a special mention—it looks so simple but tastes absolutely amazing. The chef was very attentive and took great care of us throughout the meal. I would definitely recommend trying this place! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200

Had a great experience at Kayaki Embassy. The food was excellent and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. Everything was grilled beautifully and full of flavor. The chef was very friendly and attentive, and the service was great. I recommend calling to reserve a seat in advance because it gets very busy. Would happily come back again.
