The cheesy kebab was really good. We waited some time because they had too many orders but they brought my patience level from red to green like sharwarma legends by giving me baklava. The baklava was a 10/10. The staff was really nice. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unhygienic preparation of food. Extremely slow service, the two guys were busy talking, 1 of the two has his earpiece on and not focusing on prepping the food. Has one glove on and touching everything in prepping the food. Pretty disgusting. One of them dropped a sign on the floor and did not bother washing his hands after picking it up. What is this ridiculous hygiene practice? VERY VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE DESPITE THE STORE BEING EMPTY. Drink was not even cold. First and the last eating here. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a great experience at Kebabs Faktory (Tanglin)! The food was absolutely delicious – packed with flavor and freshly made. The service was excellent too; the staff were kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving something tasty and satisfying.
