Best bagels I’ve ever had! Substantial serving size and very filling. Even good when it’s not fresh and the crispy parts hold the crisp. Highly recommended - there is a bit of waiting time but it is absolutely worth it. Consistent quality and you can trust you’ll get a good bagel each time. Didn't realize it's part of a mega food court in the building. Seating is plentiful, so no issue with that. Love how these bagels are assembled with tender loving care. Accompanied with quality ingredients and a nice crispy layer on the bagels, fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Came on a weekday afternoon and greeted with crazy crowd once I entered Tower 2 food street. Unfamiliar with CBD, I took some time to figure out the location of Keen's Bagelry; Hidden at the back opposite Starbucks. The lady (I'm assuming is the boss) politely took my order, suggesting which type of bagel to go with my choice (cheese or plain) of bagelwich. Although the price does seem to be on the higher end, but this is one huge bagel! Taste was good and scrambled egg was still nicely moist despite being reheated. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but try avoiding lunch hours as the crowd can be daunting and challenging to navigate through.
