シンガポールで贅沢なおまかせ寿司を堪能 拠点の姉妹店の圭八。拠点がオーセンティックな寿司に対してこちらの寿司はフージョン系。トリフやフォアグラをふんだんに使った挑戦的な店。どちらの店も名前は変でも味は本物。唯一共通なのはこぼれるほど乗せた雲丹の手巻き寿司。これがsignature 。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: 握り

Celebrated my birthday here and was very impressed with the waiting staff and chef’s working attitude. The waiting staff was very cheerful and responsive, topping up our drinks without us asking. He even helped to dry our umbrellas and folded it back before giving it back to us. Food was really good too! Kudos to the team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

My friend and I had a most wonderful dining experience on the evening of 15 Aug 2025 at Kei Hachi. The sushi and sashimi were really fresh, well prepared and artfully presented by Chef Ken. The oysters were simply so fresh and soft. The soup so tasty, the cooked dish so delicious and finally the fruit dessert was a good sweet finale. In addition, the manager there explained each dish to us in a very interesting an fun way. Overall we were went home very satisfied. Chef Ken even took the trouble to show us the way to the MRT. Thank you Chef Ken. We will definitely go again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
