Coffee always hits the spot (my fave bean is Archipelago- either iced black or cappuccino). Staff are super friendly always special shout out to the weekday morning service staff, who are always friendly (despite the early timing) and efficient. My pickup is always ready for me to grab&go. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very Dissapointing Service rendered by male service crew with long hair. It was lunch time and I persuaded my friend to have a cup of kenangan coffee sinc we were at Compass One. When I arrived at the store , there was no crowd. I downloaded the app after seeing the 1-for-1 promotion and approached the service staff to clarify if there were any limitations on the types of drinks eligible for the promo. Instead of providing a helpful explanation, the staff member responded curtly and told me to “read the T&Cs.” As a regular customer who has consistently enjoyed and even recommended Kenangan Coffee to friends, this interaction was quite disheartening. I wasn’t expecting special treatment—just a basic level of courtesy and willingness to assist. Good products bring customers in, but service is what keeps them coming back. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has unfortunately changed my perception of the brand. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
