#新北美食 #永和咖啡廳 #中和咖啡廳日本語版はスクロールダウンしてくださいーーーー解構式重乳酪蛋糕ーーーー今天才剛去永和「圈外咖啡」，就迫不及待想和大家分享這家好店。由於剛好在剛營業的時間抵達，所以整個二樓被我包場了一個多小時，超開心。我不懂咖啡，所以點了一杯冰美式，純粹覺得這樣才能解甜點的甜膩。至於甜點，原本想點這裡招牌的生乳捲，但看到menu上的重乳酪，立刻就變心了。心裡面對乳酪蛋糕的想像，不外乎是一片三角型，底部鋪著一層奶油餅乾。可是，一看到圈外的重乳酪蛋糕，著實出現了驚喜！不同於一般蛋糕的外觀，幾何式的塊狀堆疊，帶著解構式料理的氣息。重度嗜乳的我不用吃就愛上了。重乳酪蛋糕中間含著奶油，口感更滑順輕柔。除了奶油，也夾著酸一點的奶油乳酪，增加清爽度。按照自己喜歡的比例，挖一小塊餅乾，增添口感的豐富度。裡頭還藏著酒漬葡萄乾和杏仁片，整體滋味層次不斷變化。・・・オシャレなカフェ。到着する時は開店のところでお客が私一人しかいないから、貸切のような感じがします。嬉しい。コーヒーはアイスアメリカノー。ロールケーキも人気ですが、ミルク大好きな私はレアチーズケーキを頼みました。レアチーズケーキといえば、三角形の形をして、底にビスケットが生地の土台というようなものが考えられますね。しかし、ここのレアチーズケーキは外観が全く違っています。サプライズを演出する見た目です。幾何的な塊が重なる脱構築のような外観に目を惹かれます。チーズの他に、生クリームも載せてあるから、より滑らかな食感がします。それに、レモンの酸味を利かせて、さっぱり感を引き立てます。自分の好みによってレアチーズをすくってサクサクなビスケットやアーモンドの破片、酒漬けレーズンととともに食べられます。豊かな味わいがすごく美味しかった。——░ 冰美式$100░ 王牌乳酪（重乳酪+酒漬果乾）$180
