I bought from Pacific Mixed Rice, initially they told me $3.40 then I told them I’m using CDC and the price suddenly changed to $3.90. Anyway, their food quality has dropped terribly over the years, the white rice & curry is important for a Cai Fan stall, and they’ve failed to meet average expectations. Food: 2 Service: 1
