The service and staff behind the counter was terrible. Only money driven. Star, rude and put themselves first. Laugh at customers and are clearly gossiping and pointing. Don't let you speak out and reperate standard phrases. Bathrooms were dirty. Towels very sparse. Breakfast is expensive and if you are not there right away 1st little choice. Music is really loud at breakfast. 1 of the travel company had become ill on the day of departure. We asked if we could stay an hour longer. Could not, they have a set schedule. We asked 1 white sandwich for the sick person. Could not at 1st. We could buy full breakfast of 250 baht per person???? With much pain and effort we were able to buy 1 sandwich for 8 baht. At noon was check out. At 11:57 they started hysterical phone calls until 12. And then at the counter rude again. I really don't understand the positive reviews. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
