If you're looking for authentic Thai food at ICONSIAM, Khao Jaan-Prod is a must-visit. We spent three nights in Bangkok and ended up eating here four times—that's how good it was! The food was the highlight. We asked for proper Thai spice levels, not the toned-down tourist version, and they absolutely delivered. Every dish was packed with fresh, bold flavours. The standout dish was the fish soufflé—it was so exceptional that it genuinely made our whole stay in Bangkok even more memorable. We also loved the whole fish in lemon and chilli sauce, the spicy green papaya salad, the beautifully presented betel leaf wraps with condiments (my partner had never tried them before and absolutely loved the experience), the delicious crab dishes, and the Tom Goong prawns. Every meal was consistently excellent. We went to 2 other high score google reviewed restaurants that were abysmal (too many inaccurate reviews on google) A special thans to Ms Beam, whose recommendations were spot on every single time. Beam's knowledge of the menu made each visit even better. We'd also like to mention Ms Pang, who greeted guests outside with such a lovely, welcoming demeanour and a genuine enthusiasm that drew people in. She was warm, persuasive without being pushy, and a great ambassador for the restaurant. The tall gentleman who served us was also attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout. Fantastic authentic Thai food, excellent service, and consistently high quality. We can't wait to return on our next trip to Bangkok.
