This is easily one of the best Khao Soi bowls I’ve ever had. What sets it apart is how incredibly balanced and delicate the flavors are, you can actually taste all the individual herbs, and even the pickled greens have a refined, subtle flavor that brings everything together perfectly. The tofu is also very soft. On top of the amazing food, the owner is incredibly welcoming, and they serve the food in beautiful ceramic bowls that really elevate the whole dining experience.
