コンラッドだけあり、雰囲気は流石です。懐石はまずまず普通であり、問題ありません。ステーキも美味。静かに食べれる快適な空間です。量も多かったです。ただし、デザートは不味いです。着物を着たスタッフもキビキビ働いていました。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

【パフォーマンスも抜群な５つ星ホテルの懐石料理屋さん】五つ星ホテルのコンラッドバンコクの3階にある「きさら」てきさらディナー鉄板会席を頂いて来ました。鉄板焼も含まれておりとにかくパフォーマンスが素晴らしい。コックさんと一体となって楽しみながら美味しく頂きました。刺し身の盛り合わせ・茶碗蒸し・9品の季節のプレート・デザートプレート・日本国産和牛ヒレ肉・伊勢海老・サーモンアボカドロール・天ぷら盛り合わせなどなど高級な食材が使われているのもポイントが高いですね。店内の雰囲気もよく高級感があります。スタッフの皆さんの接客もよく有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。. We had a wonderful family dinner at KiSara during our stay at Conrad Bangkok. The restaurant has an elegant and peaceful atmosphere, and sitting around the teppanyaki grill made the meal both entertaining and memorable. The food was excellent throughout. The meat was beautifully cooked, tender and full of flavour, while the accompanying vegetables and side dishes were equally well prepared. A particular highlight was the salmon and avocado roll. It was exceptionally fresh, beautifully presented and honestly one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had. What impressed us most, however, was the care shown toward my son, who has allergies to fish and seafood. The staff took the matter very seriously and prepared his food separately to minimise any risk of cross-contamination. They also arranged a different miso soup, checked the soy sauce and made suitable adjustments to the rest of his meal. Their attentiveness allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience as a family. Everyone was friendly, professional and observant without being intrusive. KiSara combines excellent Japanese food with genuinely thoughtful service, and we would gladly return.
