I’m a fan of the original Sukhumvit 55 branch, but the Rama 9 branch has been disappointing. This was my third visit, and the food was very slow every time. I even finished all the side dishes before the main course arrived. The kimchi soup was burnt. I hope they improve both the food quality and service. I've been walking past Kiani at Central Rama 9 for over a year, and I really should have kept on walking. But today, I finally decided to go in. Big mistake. I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my food, while watching two tables that arrived 10 minutes after me get served all four of their dishes within 15 minutes. To make it worse, they'd ordered the exact same thing I did—rice and meat served in the same pot with all the identical side dishes. When I finally asked, "Where is my food? I ordered 30 minutes ago, before they'd even sat down," the staff just gave me a dismissive "Please wait a moment." An explanation would have at least made sense—like admitting they'd run out of beef and had to go slaughter a cow—or maybe they just needed to run out and buy something. Instead, I got zero accountability. As for the meal itself, the food was disappointing. It was completely devoid of flavor, the beef was awful (I should have asked where it was sourced), the side dishes were below average, and the rice soup was utterly forgettable. The atmosphere was average, and the service was average too, aside from the complete lack of explanation for the delay. The only things that stood out were the atrocious wait time and the terrible service. 380 baht way too much for this sad experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ฿200–400

Food was not that yummy as I expected but above average. Soup was not too salty. Vegetables were fresh. Long waiting. Could smell BBQ smoke all over the shop. Staffs were nice. Side dish was good. Kimchi = the best!! not recommend if you were hungry but if you were not too hungry. You should try. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400
