Service sucks. Idk why they bother operating tbh. Drink maker sounds like a gang boss asking you how many people when you enter, all the staff are mute to customers but somehow chat loudly amongst each other. I thought it was just because I'm English and they are bad at English, but no, I saw other customers say 唔該 to staff who drop food off at their tables without a single word to customers. Manager is wordless too, so I'm not surprised the staff are mute. Honestly get better service at Fairwood lmao. Not sure why so many humans are needed if they are all bad at service Do us all a favour and die off quickly so the next restaurant can come along Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We walked in for two person lunch dining . And they told me we have to wait as there is no seating but I saw there is a table and no one else is waiting apart from us (it’s almost 2pm way past the peak lunch time period). They told us they have a big table for individual customer (which is packed and crowded) and the current empty table is for a group of 4 customers. We told them there’s no one waiting and if there are more customers we don’t mind sharing table. But they still did not let us sit down. if they insists to separate tables for the number of customers as a group, then there shouldn’t be two person tables with only one person sit down for each table. They can see one of us is pregnant with a huge tummy and they even forced us to sit separately in the big table as individuals. We have been waiting for a long time and the table is still empty with no more customer. We were being unfairly treated as they selectively allow customers to sit in or not for the tables. Meal type: Other Price per person: $150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
