Ok I'm a regular customer (I come once or twice a week) and have always raved about Kiliney to my friends. The PREVIOUS staff were always nice but today kinda left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.Consider me no longer one. I usually don't leave a bad response but today kinda took the cake (with a side dish of attitude from the lady at the counter). I had to clean a table because it was quite dirty with spills and sauces. I used the detergent on the tray return corner to wipe. It had this sign reminding patrons to wipe their table after eating (which no one does). So I did my civic duty. I asked if I could use the cloth to wipe the table and the lady immediately got defensive and said no. I told her the table was dirty and she said they were all already cleaned. So I asked for tissue and she begrudgingly gave me one as she muttered something under her breath. Well, that ruined the day. All I asked was if I could use the dishcloth (next to the sign reminding people to clean up the table) to wipe the table. So yep. I'll take my money elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hello Jovian, I will look into this and learn about it. If it does happens, I will do a corrective actions to it. It is very disappointing to see this feedback too.

Another great visit to Killiney Cafe (Woodlands Square) for our go-to dish: the delicious sweet and sour chicken! What made this visit even better was the amazing service from Hieu. He was so patient and accommodating with our order. 5/5 stars for top-tier service! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Killiney Kopitiam has been one of my favorite go-to places for lunch, and I've always enjoyed the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. However, I've noticed that the serving sizes have shrunk a lot during my recent visits. While the taste and quality remain as before, I hope the outlet can consider maintaining the original portion sizes to ensure it continues to be a great value for money. Looking forward to many more enjoyable meals here!
