Food and drink were okay but it could be better if the service is not so bad. The major let down was the poor attitude of the staff specifically the shorter man who was in charge of the drink. Whilst I was deciding between options, he went ahead and prep the first drink that i asked of the price, way before of the final order and payment. He said he prep the drink already so now I have to pay for it. As my conscience doesn’t allow wastage, so I paid for it. No thank you/sorry or basic manners from him. The kind hearted taller gentleman (bless him) at the cashier apologised on behalf but it really should have been the staff who made the drink apologising. I work in F&B industry and this service standard is unacceptable. Totally ruin my day. Lastly, charging $1 extra for adding ice in my coffee is crazy. Killiney @ Shaw Plaza is by far (as compared its competitors), serves one of the best cup of kopi (not diluted, just great!). Their kaya toast is yummy and soft boiled eggs are well timed (not over cooked like the rest). Their mee siam is hot when served. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Butter Kaya Toast, Toast Set Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot
