I dropped by this new Killiney outlet for the first time shortly after the teatime rush. The atmosphere was very quiet, with only two other tables occupied. I ordered the Kaya toast set. It was decent. It’s hard to go wrong with standard toast, and it lived up to the expected Killiney standard. While the outlet is new and clean, the layout left something to be desired. The washing area is in full view of the seating section, which felt a bit awkward. It’s not the most comfortable setting when you’re trying to relax, as the visual of the cleaning station is a bit distracting. Good for a quick, nostalgic snack if you’re in the area, but the interior design could use some partitioning to hide the utility areas and improve the overall vibe.
