It took over 30 minutes for me to take action with the counter staff just to process a simple breakfast on a not so busy Sunday morning. Over the counter I questioned the staff and that set off their hasty scramble to salvage the poor service. The Chinese coffee aunty didn't really know exactly my order after several audible telling her my coffee preference which has been stated on the order receipt. She had the cheek to complain that she didn't hear. Overall the team is unable to work efficiently and swiftly rather they took their own sweet time to prepare the orders!! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Both plates of nasi lemak chicken wings not fully cooked, with obvious red parts. Feedback to the staffs but all they commented was "Very hard to cook fully". Totally non acceptable attitude. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
