Hi Lawrence thank you for coming in and taking your time to leave your feed back, as a small independent kitchen I take all reviews seriously. I’m sorry the burger didn’t meet you expectations. When you spoke to me at the kitchen just before you left, you mentioned it was undercooked and showed me a picture I apologized at the time I offered to remake the burger or replace it with another meal and comp it. As you mentioned you was already full you declined my offer but my offer still stands if you are on the island still. For context all burgers are started on the grill and finished in the oven, they are then checked with a thermometer to ensure that they are served at a safe medium temperature. On this occasion something clearly didn’t go right and I take responsibility for that. I’m glad you enjoyed the fries and sauces and I thank you for sharing your experience If you are still around you are very welcome to come back and I’ll personally make sure everything is right which ever meal you choose Kind regards Mr kill Kills kitchen
