Best burger I've had in Thailand. Worth the hype. But service is awful. Ordered a burger and fries for 214 bath. Then asked for the soda but was told I didn't specifically ask for combo (220 bath) and that's why I had to pay for drink. Reply to owner;. Thanks for clarifying. I understand that the combo is optional and that you can't simply give away free drinks. My point wasn't that the drink should necessarily have been free. What I found strange was the way the order was handled. When I ordered a burger and fries, I would normally expect the staff to mention that there is a combo option that includes a drink — especially when the combo is only 6 baht more than what I ordered. That would have given me the opportunity to choose it. Instead, I was simply charged for the burger and fries, and only after I had paid and asked if I could get a soda was I told that the drink would cost extra. I understand that ultimately it was my responsibility to ask for the combo, but I think it would have been good customer service for the staff to point out the option when taking the order. That's really the only point I was trying to make. The burger itself was excellent, which is why I gave the food 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Hi! Thanks for the praise of the burger. Sorry for the confusion with the order. You ordered a classic burger, fries and 2 dipping sauces and that totaled 214 bath. (Dipping is 10 bath each) If you would have ordered the combo the price would have been 239 bath. If you would have ordered the classic burger with combo and no dipping sauce it would have been 220 bath. Of course we don't know if you want the combo if you don't say that you want the combo. The combo is optional and doesn't come included automatically. We can't give away free drinks just because someone forgot to say they wanted the combo.Hope you understand and sorry for any confusion
